Accommodation

In our traditional language from western Asturias, Acougo means “calm.” In Boal, a village surrounded by rivers, forests, and mountain ranges, our rural coliving project comes to life. This is a place where nature embraces creativity, and simplicity becomes a luxury. At the heart of this community is our farm, Pitasana in Armal — a center for learning and connection. Among the rows of crops and artistic activities, we find the time and space to grow both food and friendships. Here, we build our community and our refuge.

We rent 3 single rooms, 3 studios, and a 50-square-meter apartment, all with private bathrooms.

Room prices vary depending on size and include bedding, blankets, and towels.

The kitchen, laundry, dining room, terrace, and café-library are shared with other residents.

The industrial-style kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook your favorite dishes: full cookware, mains gas stove, griddle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerators, food processor, toaster… You’ll have your own storage space for food, and a dedicated section in the fridge just for you.

The dining room is very spacious, with individual tables (though they’re usually arranged as one large shared table). It also features a cozy seating area around a wood-burning stove.

The laundry room has a shared washing machine, drying space, and ironing area. Laundry soap is included.

The ground floor houses a café-library, where you’ll always find coffee, books, a TV, sound equipment, and both indoor and terrace seating with lovely views of the village. This space also hosts events open to the public, which we’ll announce in advance.
