We grew up in the heart of the countryside, in a world of gardens, animals, forests, rivers, and an unbreakable connection with the land.
Our childhood was marked by seasonal rituals: gathering chestnuts in autumn, savoring the sweet taste of summer fruits, and harvesting hay under the warm sun — alternating with dips in the river.
That’s how our passion for nature and rural life was born. Inspired by our grandmother’s farm, where everything was self-managed, we began a decade-long journey to build our own organic farm: Granja PitaSana, where we grow vegetables and fruit trees, and care for hens, roosters, sheep, mares, cats, and a dog. And a chicken coop transformed into a small theater that we call El Gallinero Culturero, where we currently host cultural and self-care group activities, as well as an annual arts festival.
We work to find ways of connecting people with the countryside and nature. We decided to create a shared living space in the village of Boal, so that anyone who wishes can enjoy the benefits of living and working in touch with nature.
